The 90-Second Newbery Film Festival is back, folks, and this year it's taking over Chicago. For the past 14 years, this quirky contest has showcased the most inventive kid-made films in cities like New York, Boston, and San Francisco, and now it's our turn to soak up the creativity right at the Harold Washington Library Center.
