There's a hands-on fresh pasta making session going on at La Scuola, with a focus on the younger crowd. We're talking junior chefs, ages 6 to 12, who might be tired of just watching grown-ups eat all the good stuff. They'll need a guardian, someone 18 or over, to come along, possibly to supervise the flour cloud situation or just ensure the pasta doesn't mysteriously disappear before cooking.
