Get ready to lace up those trainers and hit the pavement for a good cause at Run for the Zoo. For over forty years, folks of all shapes and sizes have been pounding the ground to give a helping hand to our furry friends at Lincoln Park Zoo. Whether you're a toddler with a penchant for running or a superstar athlete with mad skills, there's a place for you to strut your stuff and show some love for your wild pals.

The 5K Run/Walk kicks off at a bright and early 7:30 a.m. because who doesn't want to chase the sun? If you're feeling extra ambitious, the 10K Run follows at 8:15 a.m. Now's your chance to prove to yourself (and your friends) that you can not only outrun a cheetah in spirit but also support conservation efforts while you're at it. So grab a friend, channel your inner gazelle, and let's make strides for the zoo and the critters we adore.
