Snowtrekking at Northerly Island

Discover Northerly Island by snowshoe this winter during Snowtrekking on select Fridays from 10 a.m. to Noon p.m. weather permitting. Explore the lakefront prairie for winter birds and various wildlife while enjoying incredible views of Chicago. All children participants must be registered and accompanied by an adult/caretaker who is also registered for the program. The cost is $5 to check out a pair of snowshoes with a valid I.D..
