Move as a community w/ WOKE & the Humboldt Park community. Join us 1st & 3rd sundays this summer in our outdoor home.

Join the Woke Team as we UNITE for a peaceful 60-minute easy-breezy outdoor yoga flow in Humboldt Park.

Open and suitable for all levels of experience. Our bi-weekly community class offers a rotating cast of local, certified teachers. The gentle flow class pays special attention to the breath and alignment. We will include traditional postures series along with other dynamic movements and ending with a restorative pose.
